T... read more I had a lovely dining experience at Toplum. My friend and I enjoyed the new premium afternoon tea experience. The interior is large and immaculately designee. The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite. The food and drinks were delicious! We had welcome mimosas, teas, finger sandwiches, scones and a selection of treats. All of the food was of the upmost quality and freshness and is all made in-house. This is a perfect location for any time of day and I couldn’t recommend it enough.
