What Arne doesn't like about Zappi's Italian Garden:
We decided to try Zappi’s based on recommendation from neighbors. That was a mistake. While waitstaff and manager were extremely polite and apologetic,the service was agonizingly slow and erratic. Once our main dishes had arrived three out of four were unsatisfactory. A simple meatball and pasta dish was terrible. The pasta overdone and the meatballs tasted boiled. Food was excellent and very well priced resulting in a great value. Service was professional and attentive. The best part was the restaurant itself, which was quite beautiful and modern.
Our waitress was a gem! Food was delicious, plentiful, and well cooked. We had a lovely time. The place is nicely decorated, clean, and friendly! We will be back!
Service was a little slow overall a good experience. Bread came out at end of the meal. Everything is Ala carte.
