Wendy's - Daytona Beach

Terrible customer service. My burger had absolutely no meat on it, just lettuce and tomato. I am not satisfied with the quality of service via the drive-through at this location. Although I never went back to get my order corrected, I was highly disappointed in the quality of service. All my food was Cold. I will never give this Wendy?s my business again as a manager was extremely rude and did not listen to my complaints. It?s sad because I am a loyal Wendy?s customer.

In my humble opinion, Wendy's has the best hamburgers of any of the fast food restaurant chains. If only they would flame broil them like Burger King, they would be absolutely unbeatable! Wendy's also has menu items that you just don't find at most other fast food restaurants like their chili that is pretty darn tasty. As a single senior citizen, I really like that I can stop there for a good baked potato available in one of 3 or 4 ways. That's convenience that I appreciate. Their mobile app has some great specials too!

Had a great friendly experience at this establishment. Everything was their pleasure when normally all you get is your food out the window at these types of fast food chains. The breakfast baconator was great. So was the honey butter chicken biscuit. Sweet tea was on point as well!

Place is not clean. Tables are not wiped. Litter on floor. There?s some strange stale smell. Probably short staff. Good is there is a smart soda machine so there are lots of soda selection. The chili is too thick and not hot. Staff very laid back. There?s a longer wait but then there are lots of customers. Not the greatest experience.

Arrived at this location at 10:48am Sunday July 17th. The crew seemed to be a mess. The manager had NO coordination and the dining area was dirty, unstocked and filthy. I ordered a Baconator, which is my favorite, and had to wait 15 minutes to get my food. Upon getting my food, the burger i got was not what i ordered. I received a Son of the Baconator, which is a lesser version of what i ordered. When i approached the manager i was told that the Baconater I ordered was the one i received. I have eaten at Wendy 's longer than this location had been there, and to be told that I had to order it as a double, which IS NOT on the menu and i have NEVER had to order it like that before is ridiculous! The Baconator comes with TWO patties, not one. And to have not only the manager but certain staff belittle me for thier mistake is atrocious! I loved Wendy 's, but the lack of care and rudeness of the staff there has made up my mind I 'll just go to Checkers next time. Rude, lazy, and incoherent staff members. DO NOT GO HERE!
