I have got to know the people who are coming here now, but I think I'll stop going to this place. there are a few young children who always looked out loud and speak very unprofessional of inappropriate things. I had my children with me and I was so disappointed by professionalism, sneaking over these people who here on 4/1/2022 at 15 o'clock. View all feedback.
Long line of people waiting, the person at the cashier also has to help preparing the food and they just talk and talk. Bunch of people waiting for their food while you just hear them talking and laughing, not even a little worried or trying to work faster. Very disrespectful. After 15 min I was able to order since they didn’t even realize they had people waiting to order, and then someone who order after me got her smoothies first, unbelievable. MORE THAN 30min of my life for just 2 smoothies. (If you go smoothie king you can do it in less than 5min) Disappointing and disrespectful.
Don’t go here lol the girl who took my order was so rude and then miss heard me and had an attitude that she had to remake it… they also gave my food to the wrong person and then handed to me after he had already opened it. Don’t waste your money..
Just ate there with my 82 year old disabled vet father and my disabled vet brother. I’m a vet too. We were accused of stealing a smoothie and cursed at, with the F word. The worker continued to curse at us then claimed she was the manager. Then she stated that we couldn’t talk to her because she was a manager. I spoke with the shift Supv and informed her that this was unacceptable. My mother passed away three days ago and this employee yelled to my father that she was glad our mom passed away. Don’t eat there ! If anyone has the owner’s phone number, please contact me
What a trash place! Extremely rude cashier/employee not greeted, did not make suggestions, did not get order right. Had to order a 3rd sandwich because the immature girl in the front doesn’t know customer service. Started yelling at us because she herself didn’t accept she messed up. And she kept messing up: cursing and yelling at us. Where are the negative stars at.
I've given this location the benefit of the doubt too many times. It is consistently the worst customer service experience. The employees ignore you or act annoyed anytime you make an order. They take forever to get food out. I'm seriously curious how it is still in business.
