The Hotel (12) floors is outstanding with an indoor heated pool and 2 hot tub's. Out doors they have a heated pool and kiddie pool heated complete with tall cement trees and water streaming down plus fountains shooting into pool sporadically so you get surprised when they squirt you. The ocean is directly in front of you about 10' thru the gate. THE RESTAURANT BREAKFAST IS ABOUT 7 DOLLARS, UNBELIEVELY CHEAP SITTING I... View all feedback.

The restaurant isn't open 24 hours, which is a drawback. The automatic 18% service charge feels like a slap in the face. Additionally, the service was very poor. View all feedback.

This review is for the outdoor Tiki bar. The bartender was rude and unprofessional. The food was bland and the service was poor. I can't emphasize enough how hostile the bartender was—she definitely deserves a second mention. It seems they think they can get away with being rude as they please.
The hotel is pleasant, but it seems that something has changed, as indicated by other reviews. I only had breakfast at the hotel and was charged over $16 per person, without any drinks included—only water. My main issue is that the breakfast offered here is the exact same one that is typically free at most hotels, just lukewarm and unappetizing. The bacon and sausages resembled dog food, the eggs tasted like they came from a bag and lacked seasoning, and the French toast was like eating a sponge. I opted for a bowl of Frosted Flakes with some lukewarm milk, but they served it in a small saucer rather than a proper bowl, presumably to minimize the amount of milk provided. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here; it’s better to head across the street to Denny's.
My review is specifically regarding Jeffrey at Reflections bar... After picking up some dinner (from an outside restaurant , one of my guests asked if I could pick up a Vodka 5.0 on my way back to the room. Since my hands were literally full (drink, heavy bag of food, some other stuff after I had given the bartender (Jeffery a $20 bill... I wasn?t able to read the receipt when he had given me my $2.28 change. Since I had quite a bit on my mind... I didn?t realize the change was so low (I wasn?t aware of how much the drink was ahead of time ... so I subconsciously thought I had given him a $10 bill... and I ultimately left him the $2.28 as a tip and left. After getting back up to my room and thinking that something didn?t seem right, I looked at the receipt and realized that a $2.54 tip (18% had automatically been applied to the drink. While that is totally okay, and I should have been mindful enough to notice... I feel like it was a bit shady for him not to have mentioned something or at least said, ?hey, thanks so much!?. The drink, apparently, was really good... but this was mildly annoying. ?Ex Bartender of 7 Years
Cool area to have a bite and cocktails but parking is non existent (or in unsafe area) unless you have hotel reservations. We wanted to spend the day there at the pool and enjoy. Had to leave as many signs said, We tow
