Pollo Tropical - Daytona Beach

This Pollo Tropical was absolutely awful, the worst I've ever been to. I ordered a tropichop with salad and ended up with salad soup. I paid extra for avocado and got four hard, rubbery discs. My husband ordered a meal without cheese or onions and they still put cheese and onions on it. It was inedible. I will never dine at this restaurant again.

I do not recommend ordering the family meal at this restaurant. The portion sizes for the sides are for one person only, so it is not really suitable for sharing. I was very disappointed with the incredibly small portions they gave us for a family dinner. It is ridiculous to call it a family meal when the portions are so small.

We placed an order online and finished at 1:50. The estimated ready time was 2:30. We moved to the parking lot at 2:15 and waited until 2:39 for our order, only to find out it wasn't even prepared. After waiting for 40 minutes, we received a two-person meal with my wife's sandwich missing the extra cheese she had requested. This experience was not convenient or satisfactory, especially considering the usual good quality of the food.

The chicken was not boiled it was ****, I have the plate with sausages and churrasco the churrasco was the only thing they can eat, I was hungry, so I don't eat the rice and don't eat badly, but the res was very disgusting food

I love Pollo Tropical! The food is always fresh and the service was fast. I got the churrasca tropichop and it was so good. Go here! You won't be disappointed ?
