Longhorn Steakhouse - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Longhorn Steakhouse:
Visited a few Weeks ago and the place was quiet, our waitress was busy laughing and joking with some other diners, looked directly at me, and ignored me. Eventually she graced us with an appearance, very curtly, took our order and disappeared. She was like that during our entire visit, making us feel like we were bothering her. I ordered a mixed greensalat, French wobble soup and chicken stripe child meal. the online app was a bit difficult. I changed what I wanted to order. call their order if possible. the pick-up process was smooth sailing. my order was usually right and the food was fantastic. the salate greens were crunchy and the child meal was a good portion.
