This restaurant has significantly reduced the amount of toppings you get on your burritos and salads. Now, they only add two spoonfuls of rice and about half a spoonful of other ingredients. I love to add queso to my burrito, but for $1.45, I barely get any more than before. I'd rather pay a bit more and receive the quantity I expect. Why is this place still open? I sat today on my lunch break for two sweet dishes. first they were from Fajita-Veggies, who did not make sense on the afternoon at 1 o'clock, they tried to give me a container of guacamole for my two dishes. And I am going here today and start eating my lunch, just to find that the brown rice was raw. the most annoying part is that I can't go back personally, and obviously this restaura... Our orders were taken quickly and received timely. My friend opted to get 2 tacos instead of three but, was charged full price. Can't understand why they just didn't tell her that it was full price regardless of how many. Definitely keep it in mind when you order.
Chips were stale not just a little but tastes like days old. Other than that the food was good. The guac is what saved them the 3rd star. The girl making our bowls was not happy in the slightest. She was throwing our bowls around ended up accidentally throwing my side tortillas on the ground. I 've been to this location twice both times she looked miserable. From my experience working chipotle a few years back, I got fired for not smiling enough so I lost my job that I needed to support my child as a single mother then this girl is still here with an ugly smug attitude. I don 't get it but it could be management because they didn 't treat me very nicely either, despite the smile they faked. The morals of this company are corrupt I 'm not surprised they 're understaffed.
Came into the store on December 16th ordered a chicken steak bowl (double). When I went to check out my order was almost $20 for just the bowl, as a long time customer and former employee I felt as though the price was a bit high. When I brought it to the cashier’s attention he said “I just work here, I don’t make the prices”. I paid when I got home I double checked the receipt cause I just knew something wasn’t right. it wasn’t, i was charged for TRIPLE meat instead of double! I put my claim in on the chipotle app but even after almost a month later, no one has reached out to me to rectify the issue. I will not be returning to this location.
My first time here. the personal was so helpful. I have a steak burrito. I never had such a wonderful meal in a fast eating place. the burrito was made right in front of me just as I wanted! yum yum yum! the place is clean and we will cooperate!
Perfect Mexican food that can satisfy your taste buds and the staff were friendly and fast. Has no longer waited to get food and keep good cleanliness and hygiene
