However, when I ordered the same combo (10 pieces with regular fries) on September 12th, I picked up my order as usual and went home, only to find that they had given me double fries. The fries that came with the wing container were covered in hot sauce, as if they were meant to be for the wings. Be sure to check your bags, folks, because they’re not doing their job properly!

The cashier was so distracted on her phone that she didn't even acknowledge my presence or notice my food was ready. It wasn't until I inquired about my order after 25 minutes that she apologized for overlooking my now cold meal. It's disappointing how a good dining experience can be ruined by poor service.

I couldn’t get through to the restaurant by phone to resolve the issue, and to make matters worse, my order was delivered by DoorDash, a third-party service I hadn’t used. Despite calling Wingstop several times over two hours, no one answered, leaving me feeling completely disregarded. I expect at least a refund for the missing items. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to ignore calls and provide such poor customer service. This was a terrible experience and does not reflect well on Wingstop’s menu or overall service.

The cashiers are frequently on their phones and lack basic customer service skills. If you arrive even a minute early to pick up your order, they respond rudely, but if you're even a minute late, they scold you. It's confusing and chaotic. While I do enjoy the ranch dressing from their menu, the overall experience is disappointing each time I visit. As I write this, both cashiers are openly texting, which adds to the frustration.
