The restaurant operated smoothly, despite having their front registers closed and transferring orders to the rear drive-thru. They didn't miss a beat while we were there. Our food arrived quickly and hot, even with special orders. The midday employee treated us very professionally. The restaurant was clean, with all seasonings, napkins, and utensils readily available. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I have been to this Wendy's twice and both times were awful. The first time, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with just tomato and honey, no salad. The worker seemed shocked that I didn't want salad on my sandwich, but it still came with salad on it. The second time was today when I ordered the strawberry summer salad. It had cold lettuce that tasted strange, only one strawberry, and no nuts in it or in the bag.... View all feedback.
This is the best Wendy's we've been to. They actually fill up the fry cup, the food was hot and fresh, and the woman at the drive thru window was very friendly, fast, and accommodating.
There's a one star because 0 isn't a option. I went through the drive through around 10:30 pm to get dinner with my girlfriend, when we got home I drank my drink kind of quick so I took off the lid to put pop from the fridge in it, when I looked down there was something in my ice so I got it out and it was a icecube with a buger on it. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable, we then had to throw our food away because at this point there's no telling what was done to it. I hope this was caught on camera and it will be getting reported to the health department.
Just want start off by saying good job on making my sandwich.. it looks like it came off the menu good job guys or gals. Very good ?? work... (And for the lady that took my order I hope you day gets better). People need not to be rude.
I wouldn't recommend Wendy's as a job to work at. Way too much stress. They purposely set you up to fail. Customers are very rude so I started being rude right back. The district manager is very rude as he'll talk to all employees like dogs. When it comes to putting away the food that comes on the delivery truck, they expect you to put it all away by yourself which is unacceptable considering Wendy's is supposed to be about teamwork, not I work. No matter how hard you work at Wendy's, nobody is ever happy. By the way, the safety marshall, let's call him Fisher Price manager, can be a giant A-Hole. He's also loud and obnoxious. If you value your sanity, find another restaurant to work for.
Walked into store to order takeout. 3 other customers were inside complaining that their orders being make wrong. I should have turned around and walked out. I went ahead and ordered and yep, they make our orders wrong too. Not going back to this store
