Description

Wei’s Pizza & Chinese offers a mixed dining experience. Many customers report long wait times, inconsistent food quality, and poor service, especially with Chinese dishes that often miss the mark in flavor and freshness. Some cite the use of frozen ingredients and lack of hygiene as concerns. However, amid criticism, the owner’s kindness and willingness to accommodate customers in difficult situations have earned appreciation and loyal patrons. While the food and service need improvement, Wei’s compassionate gestures stand out, hinting at potential if operational issues are addressed. Caution is advised before ordering, given recurring delays and quality complaints.

On a whim, I decided to try Wei’s. I had enjoyed their lunch on my first day here and didn’t think they would be open. However, the man who answered the phone was incredibly kind. I explained my situation, and he immediately offered to prepare a meal for me. It’s rare to encounter such generous people, and that alone deserves recognition. Thank you for being so friendly and accommodating. You have earned a loyal customer!

The lo mein I received was made with spaghetti noodles. When we inquired about the mistake, we were told, "That's how lo mein is made in America." I definitely won't be ordering from here again in the future.

Half an hour later, my wife called for an update and got the same response. The only thing extra we received was an apology. The Chinese dishes were prepared differently from what we expected, but still tasted good. This only matters because our kids are picky eaters. I also ordered a calzone, which was just a calzone—nothing special. The main issue here is the long wait time, with no effort made to compensate for it. I noticed many other reviews mention the same problem with delays. We will not be ordering from Wei's Pizza again.

As a truck driver stranded for the past five days while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, I found myself without food, unfamiliar with the area, without a vehicle, and low on cash. On a whim, I decided to try Wei's. I had their food on my first day here and really enjoyed it, but I assumed they were closed. It turned out they were, but the gentleman who answered the phone was an absolute hero. I explained my situation, and he is currently opening the shop just to prepare a meal for me. It's rare to encounter such kindness these days, and this truly deserves recognition. Thank you so much for your generosity and compassion. You have gained a loyal customer!

The worst Chinese food I ever had. the steamed dumplings were hard, deep coolers burned and they rusted. the general tso 's huh had very little taste, too sweet and not sharp at all. the lucky cookie was so stable, it is simply bent instead of snapping into the half. I contacted doordash and they gave me a refund. the owner answers in other reviews that he works on it. actions speak louder than words.
