What Thomas Bunger doesn't like about Take 2 Grill:
2nd week in a row with bad service and not so good food! Out of cheesesteak for the 2nd time! Employees standing in kitchen on phone, management on site but did nothing to correct issues!! Last time here I talked to lottery management due to the fact of being ignored! Girlfriend ordered a number 5 combo and they put nothing on it, then gave it on the side rather than make it right, see picture!.
Update... still waiting!!!!! 52 minutes and still can't get the4 pieces of pizza i ordered. Management obviously has never gone through any training, because they suck worse tan other team members. Its now been over an hour. ret are Staff is the rudest customer service I've dealt with in years. I thought it was just one or two employees, but after several trips at different times of day, I've come to realize they all suck! I was in the military and like to go military Monday, but you don't get the respect or appreciation in the restaurant!

Food is good. Prices are fair. Customer service needs improvement. Very short and obviously doesn’t want to be there.
