Submarine House - Dayton

The service was quick and friendly. We ordered takeout and they surprised us with an additional order of mushrooms while we waited. It was a nice gesture that we appreciated. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend giving this restaurant a try! The food was delicious.

I give this restaurant 0 stars due to the terrible customer service. Despite spending $25, including a 10% tip, for my son and me, the cashier refused to let us use the restroom for my 3-year-old. Instead, we had to change our order, hurry home, and eat our food cold. The cashier did not offer to adjust the price or provide any compensation for the inconvenience. Additionally, I ended up spending more money on drinks and sides than I had planned because I had to take the food home. The food was decent, but I will not be returning to a business where I cannot bring my children.

The owners are crabby old money grubbers. the food isn't even that great.

The food was excellent. The staff was a little rude. I took my mom out to lunch and we ordered Philly cheese steak subs they asked half or whole we said whole by mistake because it ended up being $56. Turns out their whole subs are like 18 inches long our mistake but they had already charged my card it took several days to get the difference back on my card and the employee acted like we were stupid and or a waste of his time.
