The portions are gen... read more Sprouting Dreams meals are incredibly delicious and reasonably priced! We have purchased their meal prep packages and absolutely love them. The portions are generous, meant for 2-4 people, so there's plenty to go around! My partner (who is quite large) and I enjoyed a meal for dinner and still had leftovers for lunch the next day. Our favorite dish was the smoked jackfruit with cornbread and collard greens! We also really enjoyed the Kick'n Biscuit meal (as seen in the picture). We can't wait to try all of their offerings. They've got some exciting casserole and Thanksgiving meals coming up that we’ve already preordered. The meals are flavorful, nutritious, filling, and especially vegan!

I’ve tried several menu variations and themed dishes, and each one has been fantastic. The seafood theme was absolutely unbelievable—top-notch! You can really tell that the dishes are made with high-quality, real ingredients, and the taste is fantastic! By far, the best vegan options I've experienced. I can't wait to sample more! Sprouting Dreams serves vegan food that’s unlike anything you’ve tried before—delicious soul food made with love that you can taste in every bite. We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by how incredible everything tasted! We tried the Mac Bowl, which featured crispy BBQ Chick’n, garlicky greens, and truffle mac and cheese—literally heavenly! The sandwiches were bursting with flavor and had perfect textures. The chef, Da’Ves, is incredibly talented. Please make it a point to support this wonderful person and her amazing business!
