I had to inquire with the person preparing... read more I visited the restaurant yesterday at 3 o'clock. Unfortunately, the chef did not pay attention to my tomato allergy. I had to inquire with the person preparing the food about the sandwich containing tomatoes. He mentioned that he was unaware of the allergy. He had to remake my sandwich by removing the tomatoes from a pre-made bag and placing it on my sandwich. As a result, my lettuce and other toppings sat in a bag next to my sandwich that had tomatoes. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication regarding allergies. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the future.

The food is often undercooked and needs to be reheated, leading to overcooked meals. The tables are consistently dirty, and the employees seem disorganized. The menu on the website is not accurately updated, leading to confusion about available items. The prices are high for the subpar quality of food and service.

Came for breakfast and coffee. There was no coffee! I got half a cup of Colombian and my boyfriend drained what was left to of the decaf!!! The half and half wa... read more Came for breakfast and coffee. There was no coffee! I got half a cup of Colombian and my boyfriend drained what was left to of the decaf!!! The half and half was empty as well. All other coffee carafes were empty. My breakfast was wrong twice! First they gave me Bacon instead of sausage. They corrected this part but forgot my egg. Both breakfasts tasted really not very well regarding flavor. We we leaving and I wanted to top off my half cup of coffee, figuring they had time to make more…. But the only carafe that was filled was the decaf. We had alerted them of the shortages but in 20-30 minutes they corrected very little. I know there are staffing problems everywhere but this experience and the lack of attitude in even wanting to fix things plus the food quality means I will not be returning here. I’m wondering if all the Panera’s have gone down hill too. We spent $18 but could have spent less than 10 with better results at a fast food breakfast place.
