Marion's is a WONDERFUL pizza joint for mom, dad and the kids, it's a great family place! Or it's a great place to go on a date with you boyfriend/girlfriend. I like it so much because the pizza and subs taste great and you can have a beer with your pizza! That's what's nice about it most pizza places don't have wine or beer but Marion's does! What Connie Hodapp doesn't like about Marion's Piazza:
I visited the restaurant today and dined in with my husband. Neither of us wanted beer or soda, as we prefer water. We asked for two large waters and were shocked to be charged 54 cents for them! The man behind the drink service counter had a grumpy demeanor. This will be our last visit. It is ridiculous to charge for water! View all feedback.

My favorite pizza in the whole world. I have lived in NY and Chicago, and Marions is still my favorite. I get it every time I come to town
Hate sweet pizza?. Yes this is Ohio style pizza, the crust is thin and the sauce tangy. Not dry, thick, chewy, sugary nastiness.. I don't eat pound of food per bite so the small topping size is great for me- no more islands of mushrooms and seas of pepperoni. good chance you'll actually get a bite of all your topping in one human mouthful.
Dayton style pizza. Anyone not from Dayton is likely to find 'Dayton style ' pizza to be nasty. Generally the recipe is thin crust, square slices, lots of tangy sauce, and small toppings covering the pizza. Given that, Marion 's is a perfect example.I grew up in the area and went to this location many times. The decor is outdated and the place looks kind of stale, but it 's not trying to be artisan food here it 's a pizza parlor. Last I recall, they still only accepted cash. Also, this place gets away with charging as much as they do because it is as much of a gathering spot as it is a restaurant. Almost every time I go, I see kids sports teams or organizations meeting up to eat there.Anyways, being a native of the area and having grown up on the stuff, I still love it. I can bash a large pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms (don 't care that they are canned), and sausage (don 't care that it is tiny and looks like cat food). Somehow, it still tastes awesome.
The amount of toppings covering the pizza was more than anything I had ever seen before. I really enjoyed this pizza.
