Ate the meal at home so i couldnt complain to the manager and /or get my money back. Pretty obvious it was an intentional mistake. Not going back for the chicken bowl .

They charged me $2.29 for the water and labeled it sweet tea and they als... read more Man, i just went thru kfc and got 2 chicken littles with no pickles and a large water. They charged me $2.29 for the water and labeled it sweet tea and they also put 3 pickles on each little, when i asked for no pickles. Then i tried to call the number back on the receipt and an answering machine comes on and says they do not take incoming calls. Think about that!! Your in an industry to serve customers but if you mess up an order the customer can't even call you back and let you know what happened. I would say there's a real good chance that they have the wrong regional manager overseeing that store. To me whenever your in the service industry you have to make yourself available to the customer.

The chicken is usually pretty good, but sometimes the bun can be stal... read more I always go for the chicken snackers or chicken littles, depending on what they’re called. The chicken is usually pretty good, but sometimes the bun can be stale. There are also times when they add too much mayo, which feels like they're trying to cover up the stale bun. I've even had cases where the sandwich isn't heated properly and comes out barely warm or even a bit too cool.
