I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. My server was friendly and efficient, and my meal was delicious. I visited yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I will definitely be returning in the future! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hooters:
not the largest Hooters location, but do not define the worst. the food service was somewhat slow for the time when many customers were, but nothing completely inappropriate. the wings were nice and hot with good sauce cover, but the boneless wings had hardly any sauce on them. Food was average, overpriced for what it is. Service was subpar at best they clearly don't hire their wait staff for their performance abilities.
The food was great but it took well over an hour to make wings for our group. It's not the waitresses fault. Another smaller group came in ate and left before we got our food.
Well sorry to say this one wasn’t the best experience we’ve had!! The FOOD AND DRINKS were great! Unfortunately the service wasn’t so much. When greeted at the door KY was talking with Jessie and who would seat us. Ok no big deal. Jessie seated us and was our server. It started out ok with drinks and our order. Then she went out and sat with a customer outside the entire time. When our food came out she asked if all was ok then back outside. We watched the rest of the staff working together. KY never stopped the entire time and was always smiling. Hats off to the rest of the staff as well!! Unfortunately by the time our sever came back I was done eating. Would have loved another drink during dinner. When she did finally check on us she commented on how slow and boring it was and went back outside to the same customer and dog. We don’t know if it was just the day or what but not the best experience for us.
We were standing in the door over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. After that services mediocre at best. Hoping for more but still it's a Hooters and I love the chicken wings!
Over Priced. Service was friendly enough. Total visit was about an hour and a half for three plates of wings and two sides. Kitchen was slow considering the low volume of customers. Wings were over-sauced, and weren't hot when brought to the table. You usually want to see some steam coming off a chicken wing. Menus are out dated, and don't include pricing. They want you to scan a QR code off the table, but don't tell you that, until you ask about pricing on any item. Waitress told me to download the app to get a free appetizer, (which was nice) but then charged me for it anyway. Probably won't be back.
