My preferred flavor is the black raspberry chocolate chip, but all the options are delicious. My friend tried the salted caramel and double chocolate chip, which were also very good. While it is a bit expensive, the quality makes it worth the cost. I highly recommend this place!

I first came across them in Cincinnati and tried their incredible Madagascar vanilla flavor – it was outstanding! After seeing how they make their ice cream on a TV show, I gained a newfound appreciation for their handcrafted, French pot ice cream. Each batch is made and packaged by hand, ensuring the highest quality every time. Last night, I treated myself to a shake with Madagascar vanilla and Oregon berry – it was quite possibly the best shake I have ever had in my 36 years of life. Graeter's is a special indulgence that I always cherish.

Multiple times I have seen the employee who... read more Every time I go in there, I ask for a chocolate milkshake with chocolate syrup or bittersweet topping added into it. Multiple times I have seen the employee who is making this for me use vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate. I have never asked forvanilla, or been asked if I want vanilla instead of chocolate. I have always stopped them and have corrected them, but thistime I didn't catch it, and did not get what I asked for. A waste of $6.25.
