Multiple times I have seen the employee who... read more Every time I go in there, I ask for a chocolate milkshake with chocolate syrup or bittersweet topping added into it. Multiple times I have seen the employee who is making this for me use vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate. I have never asked forvanilla, or been asked if I want vanilla instead of chocolate. I have always stopped them and have corrected them, but thistime I didn't catch it, and did not get what I asked for. A waste of $6.25.

The pint of ice cream arrived completely melted and spilled all over, making it impossible to enjoy. The ice cream sandwich was small and contained very little ice cream, which was also melting. Overall, we were quite disappointed with our experience.
