This location is always the best! my son has autism and insists on his “pizza and garlic bread” daily so I visit 1 2 times a day. I was very disappointed that you have decided to remove the cheese ravioli from your menu. It's my daughter's and me favorite item and now we will have to find a new place to have our daddy daughter dates. I was very upset years ago when you guys did this before and now again. Like their $5 lunch specials. Just enough food, great bread sticks. Will be back!
Wish the one in Middletown was open. Sadly enough as busy as Fazoli's ALWAYS WAS, they seemed too intent on closing their restaurants.
I feel like they were short handed, yet the food came out quickly, except breadsticks (the best part. It was not anything special, except one employee made it a 5 visit. Tristan was exceptional, and was very attentive. He did everything he could to make everybody happy. It, only, takes one worker to change an ordinary visit into a great one.
Easy, quick ordering and speedy to get us our food. Delicious meal.
