The service was great, the restaurant was very clean and the food was better than any other Fazoli's that I have visited. $5 lunch including a drink... yes please! There was even something about the breadsticks that tasted better. Fresh and buttery. I will be making this a regular lunchtime stop! Thanks for the to go bag of breadsticks! They were a hit in the office!

For the most part the food has always been decent and... read more Last night my wife and I decided to pick up a quick meal at a near by Fazoli's #1802) before heading home. For the most part the food has always been decent and we like the fact they have a drive thru. However, the customer service definitely needs improvement. We placed our order with Alicen J and had to repeat our order, not only because of computer issues but because it sounded like she was laughing and talking with someone else while taking our order. We patiently sat and had to wait s
