Awesome place, great atmosphere and people and quick service. Unfortunately I was let down by the food. I don't know if this was an off day or what but the chopped brisket was nothing to write home about. Not bad at all but it didn't impress me with rich flavor. Good sauce though. Really good ribs and sides! I had a half rack of very meaty ribs with sweet sauce and they recommended their special sides. They also have coleslaw, green beans, and Mac and cheese but why not try the local specials! The baked beans had meat and something else?? They were yummy! I also had their roasted potatoes which had a really unique spice mixture, also yummy. A slice of corn bread was included all of this for a very reasonable price. My husband had their pulled pork sandwich, lots of meat and tasty, yes I stole a taste. I had to take my sides home! Sorry no pictures! Once I picked up the first rib I didn't stop till they were all gone!
Got a pulled pork platter with cornbread and roasted potatoes. It’s fricken phenomenal!!! Haven’t tried the chocolate fudge yet but man I’m going to have to come back! Edit: THE FUDGE IS FRICKEN GREAT TOO!! Now I see why papaw comes here

Amazing bbq. Everything we tried was awesome.
Nice little gem off linden Ave. Food was tasty, portions are decent, staff is excellent. Ribs were not as good as I expected but brisket and chicken tasted great. Will visit regularly.
