**Dunkin' Dilemmas: A Mixed Bag Experience**
Recent reviews of a Dunkin' location highlight a sharp decline in both service and food quality, with frequent customers expressing disappointment over rude staff interactions and inconsistent order preparation. Patrons noted instances of undercooked and overcooked items, particularly hash browns, leaving some children unwilling to eat. While a few visitors praised courteous staff and a consistently clean environment, the overall sentiment reflects frustration with new management. Despite a history of positive experiences, customers are reconsidering their loyalty, suggesting a need for improved training and oversight to regain the standard Dunkin' is known for.

It seems like the quality of the staff has declined. Whenever I place a mobile order, there's a 50/50 chance that my sandwich will be made correctly, as they often overlook the cheese selection. As a result, I've significantly reduced my visits to this location.
The coffee lacked flavor and was quite bland, while the egg bites were served cold. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. I wasn't impressed.
The hash brown I ordered for my 6 year old kid. it was uncooked and some of them overcooked, hard like a stone. I think they gave me yesterday remains fried it again. My daughter refused to eat that and when I checked it was hard like stone. What type of quality food they are serving? disgusting !
