Crawfish Hideaway #2
Description
Nestled in a vibrant locale, this restaurant has garnered diverse feedback from patrons. While the crawfish consistently shines as a highlight, praised as the best in the area, other dishes elicited mixed responses. Diners noted issues with pricing and menu transparency, causing some to feel dissatisfied. The atmosphere is generally welcoming, complemented by attentive service, though there have been mentions of slow wait times. I was told this meal was supposed to be 4 pounds, I even double-checked with the waitress who insisted it was the correct price without verifying. I definitely felt like I was ripped off and will not be returning to this restaurant.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The crawfish is fantastic, but I have to mention how amazing the Rib Eye Steak on Thursday nights is. The grilled catfish is delicious as well. And don't even get me started on the hamburgers - they are just incredible. I really hope they decide to stay open all year round instead of just seasonally because I believe their menu has enough variety to sustain them year-round. The atmosphere is family-friendly and the waitresses are attentive and helpful. In the three seasons we've been coming here, we've never had a bad meal or bad service.
This is the best crawfish I have ever had! The drinks are ice-cold and the homemade banana pudding is a must-try.
