Chipotle Mexican Grill - Dayton

This is the best Chipotle in Dayton! I made the trip to this location after being let down by the one closest to us multiple times. The food was cooked to perfection! The biggest highlight, though, was the friendly staff. They got along well, seemed to enjoy their work, and were clearly productive without any negative attitude. From now on, this will be our go-to Chipotle. Thank you!

I love Chipotle, but this was my first visit to this location, and I was really surprised by how dirty it was. The preparation area in the back was a complete mess, and no one seemed to care to clean it up. While I was ordering, there was spilled food everywhere. The staff didn't clean or wipe up the spills, which was really off-putting, especially since some of the mess was mixed between different areas.

I visited this location on May 2, 2023, but usually, I go to the one in Englewood. I should have stuck with my usual choice. A young lady prepared my bowl and only included about 10 to 12 tiny pieces of steak. I asked if that was all I was getting or if she had just cleaned out the pan, and she looked at me as if I had said something wrong. I almost just let it go but decided to share my experience here instead. I did manage to request extra corn and tomatoes, but overall, I don't plan on returning to this location. The Englewood branch gives you your money's worth, but here, I just felt it wasn’t worth the $20, especially with so little steak. They can keep it!

I've gone to this Chipotle a handful of times and never had a bad experience. The staff keeps the food fresh and the line moving. It's always been clean and the atmosphere is friendly.

I will allow that I haven't been to very many of these, but this is our favorite location. We tend to get bowls. The workers are fast courteous, the bowls are full, and the flavors are great (ok, I'm picking what I want in it, so the odds are pretty good, but I have liked the flavors of all the individual ingredients I have selected thus far).
