I was semi l... read more Oh just let start out with two words DIRTY RICE. A very great flavor indeed I truly loved it. Tad mid dry.....meaning not able to stand on its own. I was semi looking for gravy. I didn't bother calling and asking but still loved the DR. Customer service a 5 great suggestive seller, accommodating and helpful. Don't think they wore name tags as usual. Atmosphere clean and initially only customer but just after 2pm.

I went thru the drive through at 11am on 1-4-25 and ordered my usu... read more I had to give at least one star because it wouldn’t let me do no stars. This place is a mess. I went thru the drive through at 11am on 1-4-25 and ordered my usual of an egg platter. I get to work and I realized they had sent me the wrong thing. So I went back! I went back thru the drive thru again and told them they had made a mistake with my food and asked if they could fix it. Lady at the window told me that she would and sent me on my way. On my way back to work I looked in the bag and realized that it still wasn’t what I had always ordered. So I then go back to the bojangles and try to go into the lobby. Well it was closed and locked. I once again go though the drive thru and asked them what all comes on the egg platter and they told me “what once was an egg platter” so I then told them that I was back again for the 3rd time and still didn’t get what I had paid for. So I pulled up to the window and the shift leader at the time told me that their had been a new general manager by the name Jennifer that had come from a local town and she decided to change what had once was the egg platter to something totally new. But yet the shift leader was very understanding and eventually gave me my money back. I’m very disappointed in the time I waisted and the gas that I lost just to get a bite to eat before I went to work. I will no longer be back
