I think it's ridiculous to turn a customer down for food 30 minutes before you close because you closed your bagel machine down. I drove 25 minutes to get here expecting to have lunch and was turned away. Nice job.

We were looking forward to trying their sandwiches. They looked good online. Unfortunately the inside smelled like burnt food and the employees were rude. We will not go back.

The turkey and havartti everything bagel is so good that when you bite into your coworkers can taste it! Great customer service every time.

The bariatas are always helpful and answer any questions we have. Their coffee is stronger than say starbucks but I enjoy that taste so it's always a win win when we swing

Always a wait. And if I can be frank. Coffee is simply awful. I know it's the syrup they use for flavoring. It is just NOT GOOD. I've given this place so many chances. Yall gotta change that man it's not good at all. I seen where the owner said the spotted owl is sweet because of the multiple glavors. No baby its not just the multiple flavors. I should be able to add up to 3 without it feel like im guzzling sugar. But i only ever get white chocolate and coconut has never ever been different, and ive only ever was able to complete one of them. Ive been here at least 7 times. Change your syrup straight up idk how yall have only 1 other review about it. Its way overpowering.I've tried changing it to just white chocolate and nope still really sweet unless im doubling down on exspresso. And aside from the sweetness , IT IS NOT GOOD. It is a very distinct difference in the syrups ive had and idk what you guys have but it sucks. They are extremely sweet and it taste like I'm drinking pure syrup. Disgusting
