The food is great! The wait time and service not so much. Ticket times should be 20 minutes maximum time. I believe you need some guidance in the management of the kitchen from someone with corporate restaurant experience. This place has the potentialto grow and be a very fruitful business. Tell those girls to smile and talk with the customers at least. Work on the sense ofurgency and customer service. We will continue to be patrons while you work on your business.
Best Honduran food in Ohio, my tummy was so happy after having their Carne Baleada, Chuleta con tajadas . It was amazing. Keep in my mind they cook to order, it is fresh you have to wait. I called ahead and show just in time for my perfect meal. Theytake credit cards
The food was absolutely delicious. The girl in front of me was a bit standoffish, and I couldn't figure out why she didn't want to talk to me. Who knows? But the lady there made me really happy. I guess the girl assumed I didn't speak Spanish? As they say, life is full of surprises. I definitely plan to come back!
The comfortable one is good but very very expensive and the tacos are not good and they don't have
I happened to come across Big Baleada and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! It’s a charming little spot that serves Honduran food for both dining in and takeout. We tried the pupusas and two of the breakfast platters, which included egg, avocado, beans, plantains, and meat. Everything was delicious! And the horchata was fantastic too!
