Waited forever for someone to take our order. Finally someone said, be with you in a minute . A few more minutes went by. We said, hello . The voice came back saying, LADY ! We responded, speakers on . We finally got our order taken. We paid, got a food and that was all not a thank you, or verbal acknowledgement at all. This happened at the Lees/Arbys, 5940 Farhills, @6:23 pm. Order number 4210. Hopefully the manager of the store has the good sense to to do some much needed customer service training.
