I called the restaurant, and the person who answered—an African Ame... read more We placed a car-side takeout order, but when we arrived, the check-in process wouldn't work. I called the restaurant, and the person who answered—an African American gentleman—made a joke about it being KFC and then hung up, which I found very unprofessional. The restaurant's doors were closed by 8:30, but our order, meant to be ready by 8:17, wasn't completed until 8:36, despite being a small order for just two people. It was quite a struggle to even pick up our food, and I regret having tipped online. We’ll be looking for alternatives in the future. Service: Takeout

There was two servers in the whole place and it was pretty busy so i’ll give them some credit for being understaffed. The server seated us and then took about 10 minutes to get our drinks. Brought out dirty cups with no straws which okay maybe not everyone uses a straw. She also brought our appetizers without silverware or napkins, I had to ask for those. Then we got dirty silverware. The food was not good. I usually go to the Xenia location and it is always good there. I got the broccoli alfredo and the noodles were still hard and the broccoli was not cooked either. Honestly I wouldn’t go back even if that was my only choice. Id rather eat ramen out of a hat w a knife. do better. side note; if the mom from the booth behind me who was grilling her son who appeared to be no older then 17 about how she “owns his phone” sees this. DO BETTER. he’s never gonna tell you anything if you are a helicopter parent. put some trust into him good lord. Praying for you sis.
