What Kevin wells doesn't like about Longhorn Steakhouse:
Asked for a $28 medium rare steak for take out. Received a burnt inedible piece of meat that a bear couldn’t eat. Asked for a refund on the steak as we do not eat out that often (special occasion for my birthday) and did not want a gift card to have to go back there. They refused. Giving a 2 star because the rest of the food, while over priced, was good. View all feedback.
Horrible service from everyone at the Dawsonville GA location who failed our kids on prom night! Shame on you!We called at noon and asked the procedure to get on the waitlist. We did as we were told and called 1 hour before they wanted to dine. I did so and was told that there wasn't a wait so they couldn't be added to the list. I told her it was prom and I wanted to make sure they could get in. She told me she couldn't help me and said she was transferring me to the hostess... Who never answered.I then went online to join the waitlist and it said there was no wait, but filling out the form would shorten the wait.They arrived 15 minutes later and were told there was a 45 minute wait. After 30 minutes and seeing others not get seated on time, they had to leave and search for a place for dinner.Epic fail Longhorns. We tried 3 times to get them on your list for a special occasion and you failed.They left and went across the street to Outback where the staff was friendly and made them feel special for their prom night!Again, shame on you. We won't be back.

My favorite steak restaurant! And always great service. I was a stake cook for two years back in college, and have been grilling with charcoal ever since. If I'm not grilling it, then it's got to be from Longhorns.
We eat at this LongHorn location about once a month. Good food and attentive service. Prices are reasonable.
Plz don’t eat here , I went here and there was 2 roaches actively crawling in my food , I let the manager know and we were only compensated 20% off of our bill , which in my opinion the fee for the food should have been voided .The staff was super nice , but after seeing live roaches crawling in my food I could only imagine what critters are crawling on the counters in the kitchen !I have been going here for years and actually enjoyed the food , but I will not be going back here to this location.
