I ordered a simple burrito... Nothing fancy. The ground beef was burnt. I had to send it back and the replacement wasn't much better. There was no flavor. Our server barely came by. We ran out of drinks. The restaurant wasn't busy either. There was a microwave placed in plain sight the waiters were using to heat the cheese, but I never saw them use any gloves.
