Different menu each night, how does the French chef do it. Roberto the head of the restaurant explains the different courses if needed and will always suggest an alterative or smaller size.
We walked in on a Thursday evening and received a very warm greeting. Staff were very good with our two small children. The food was excellent, with many regional specialties on the menu.
Very fine food. The quality of the products and preparation were impeccable, especially in terms of taste and the combination was very well coordinated. The waiter is an old school restaurant expert , friendly, attentive, smiling. Overall, I would visit this restaurant anytime if I 'm in the mood for more upscale food. I would describe the ambience as a bit old-fashioned and, at best, “classic and a bit outdated”. But that doesn 't have a negative impact on the food. And that is obviously the most important thing when “eating out”.
We visit the restaurant every year to enjoy their capuns, they are the best in Davos. Service is always extremely friendly and the restaurant is very nice.
