A quiet time of the day, friendly servers and great happy hour prices! Close to everything but still nice to hear conversation! My favorite little day getaway spot! View all feedback.
What Lyric Heathcote doesn't like about TGI FRIDAYS - Royal Palm:
I should?ve known from the empty parking lot that something was off. But my daughter wanted Fridays so I went against my better judgment. I ordered the strawberry henny. Needless to say there was 0 Hennessy in the cup. All we do in my city is drink henny. There wasn?t a drop in my drink. So I dare not order another. I ordered a sprite instead which came out with some kind of bug in it. Waitress didn?t care. She just... View all feedback.
The child menu has more variety than many places where we eat. the childerquesadilla and fruit were a good combination. The Spinat dip is good. the grilled salmon was good. the waiter allowed a substitution of kartoffeln for the reispilaf.
Our server was really nice, but it was really cold there, I was dissapointed that the weekly specials they use were not available for so long a few months ago. we traveled from pbg because they closed the place close to us and I loved the bar-bitte special marinatinis offered on Wednesday, so it was a summer when we arrived. but his beautiful location was the personal really friendly. I'm sorry there's no better rating, but I appreciate that there's a tgi day off. Fortunately, it was my birthday that I had set my heart, but I will effortlessly return to this place where I know what the current special menu is.
My man and I were with a date to get out. the food and the service were great.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. I should have known from the beginning when the host was very dismissive and gave us a hard time to accommodate 8 of us at two tables that were not high tops. Then, when we looked around, the place was almost empty. Only 4 tables were occupied aside from the one person sitting at the bar. I usually order the shrimp and chicken pasta dinner at the TGI Friday's in Hollywood and its always great, but our server at this location said its not one of their best dishes and steered me away from ordering it. I ordered some whiskey battered chicken strips from the appetizer menu. I was not impressed as it looked more like overly fried and sauced popcorn chicken. To say that I didn't finish my appetizer says a lot. It took well over an hour to get our food. Server was really good, cannot blame him for the quality of the food as he is not the cook. I will NOT be visiting this location.
I went with my girlfriend and 3 kids at 6pm during the week. The parking lot was empty and I thought they were closed at first. We walked in and there were 2 people at the bar and the tables were empty. The food was good and the waitress was nice but my girlfriends order was messed up. She ordered a Nashville sandwich and was just brought out Nashville tenders. Not a huge deal. I told the waitress and she took it to the back to make it right. My girlfriend wished we just kept what was brought out to her because she is pregnant and starving at this point and her food was brought out when we were all done and ready to leave. Not sure how it took that long when there was next to no customers in the restaurant.
