I ordered the face plant burrito. It was very bland with the exception of the jalapeños. They loaded it with rice and that is mostly what I tasted. The fritos were soggy. The burritos were huge!! The chips and salsa were great! The green chili was amazing! Great beer selection! The place is small, but cozy. You have to go up to the bar to order and bust your own table. View all feedback.

Food was good, but they forgot my order completely and I sat and waited 20 minutes until I realized all the people that came in after me had food. I asked about it and the waitress was rather cold. My wife and I both ordered our own delicious burritos. Next time we may just order one and split it. They are HUGE! We made two meals out them, lunch and then again for dinner that night. Cool spot with a good tap list for enjoying with your meal or as you wait. Nice staff too. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

The food is excellent! Best chicken tacos I ever had. The burritos are very big, heavy and fills you up. Definitely stop by for a bite!
Had the Hellbender with shrimp. Absolutely delicious. Loaded with large shrimp, great flavor. Have heard about this place for years. So glad we finally had a chance to try it. The wait was long but worth it.

This place is very good for when your on the go, if you want to not be hungry for a long time, this is the place to go, if you aren’t vegan, you MUST get the queso, it’s the BEST!!!!

Hellbender Burritos has been a preferred stop for over 10 years and never disappoints when I'm in the area! I was happy to see they were open the week between Christmas and New Years, and still had veggie favorites: the Lost Hiker, Tree Hugger, and Paw Paw Lemonade on the menu. Hellbenders has a fun, casual atmosphere and is a great place to stop for a bite and a local brew after a day of outside activities. Don't forget to bring your appetite and to tip your servers well here. They are always amazing and accommodating.
Yum Yum delicious! Burrito was excellent. Fast service. Nice hot fire in the stove. Awesome beer selection. Fresh Kombucha!!
We visited from Melbourne, FL in the summer of 2022 and as of Jan 2024, my kids are still raving about how good their burritos were! If you're anywhere close to the area, this is a must stop, but you have to bring a huge appetite because their burritos are BIG! We hope to make it back someday.

Big ol’ delicious burritos in the heart of davis, before or after they hit the slope, this is a beautiful little place to enjoy their hunger. the burritos are big and very tasty. many different drinks for choice. they even have a kamin during the colder months. get yourself a hot or sticky!
The burritos were quite solid with a great variety. I wouldn't call them excellent, but definitely very pleasant to lunch. beautiful beer selection also. can be hard to get a place to sit inside because sitting places are limited.
