My wife and I have been dining at Vienna for about 15 years. We have never had a bad experience until tonight. It took about an hour and 15 minutes for our meals to be served. I ordered filet and lobster tail. First, I don't even think the meat was filet. Whatever it was, it was awful. The lobster tail was dry and the mashed potatoes served with the meal were cold. Been here many times and always first rate. Food is excellent. Music adds a nice ambiance.
I invited some friends to weigh up because I was never disappointed with the options of food. I really like this place. the service is always attentive and the wine list has not disappointed them.
Wanda is amazing! She is an exceptional server who truly cares about ensuring everything goes smoothly—and it absolutely did!
