There was an Asian woman, around 45 to 55 years old, with black hair who seemed quite displeased (not the older woman with highlighted hair and glasses). I’ll refer to her as the "Sour Lady." We ordered two large bowls of Pho and requested four to-go containers to keep the rice noodles separate from the broth, preventing them from becoming mushy overnight. While the young waitress understood our request, the Sour Lady seemed to have a problem with it. When she delivered the containers, her demeanor changed as soon as she realized we had asked for extra containers for just two Pho. I noticed her making hand gestures towards the older waitress and the male cashier, indicating she was unhappy with our request. When I confronted her, she did not once turn to face us or acknowledge our presence, which was quite disrespectful. First of all, if you or your employees have an issue with customers asking for additional to-go containers, perhaps consider charging for them. Customers are aware of rising costs and understand that plastic containers can be more expensive. Secondly, the Sour Lady should exercise a bit of common sense. Customers don't typically need plastic soup containers for just noodles, meat, and vegetables. Normally, two plastic soup containers are not used for Pho orders; styrofoam is what’s usually provided. So, why did she choose to offer more expensive containers and then appear upset about it? It doesn't make sense. This behavior seems petty and narrow-minded. I hope you take this feedback to heart and work towards improving customer service at your establishment.

Our waiter was very attentive, and we received our food within just 5 minutes of ordering. The lemonade was both refreshing and fresh. The ingredients and broth in the pho were excellent. We will definitely be returning! Food: 5/5

Your experience is going to be authentic and great … the nice sweet but little rough around the edges in a good way) old ladies there will also be there cherry on top ! Medium #30is my favorite because I don’t like really fatty meats. I’d recommend going earlier for dinner to avoid waiting.
