Mr. M's Sandwich Shops - Davie

This sub shop has been my go-to since 2006. They've always been fantastic, and the food is delicious. Everything is consistently fresh, from the bread to the meats, lettuce, and tomatoes. It's easily the best mom-and-pop sub shop in Florida. I just wish they had more locations, but the food is still outstanding!

The lettuce was brown, the meat had a watered-down flavor, and everything was quite bland. It is what it is.

At this price point, the quality of the food and the level of customer service here are hard to beat. It's one of the few places in South Florida that truly delivers value for your money. The sandwiches are very filling compared to other brands and are definitely made with high-quality ingredients! I also appreciate the frequent food deals, and the staff at the new cash register are fantastic. They now offer rewards and salad bowls as well. Plus, the images are always up to date!

I pre-ordered a Turkey and Salami sub from here. Although the scheduled pick-up time had not yet arrived (due to customization), I understood that it was a busy lunchtime (12 PM), so I waited patiently. The sub was fantastic and definitely worth the wait. However, I think the gentleman behind the counter could benefit from some customer service training, as he came off a bit brusque and may rub some customers the wrong way. I’ll definitely give it another try!
