What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I highly recommend not ordering delivery from this restaurant. I waited 2.5 hours for my food, and it arrived cold, as if it had been sitting out for ages. The pizza was greasy and tasted old, with a raw crust. I ended up having to throw the entire thing away. They never answer the phone, and the online tracking system is useless. View all feedback.
My daughter is on a gluten-free diet and she says the pizza here is good. It tastes good and is not wafer thin and tasteless. I had not eaten at Dominoes in about 10 years and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the mushrooms and spinach and it was good.
These are the worst dominos. If I could give them 0 stars, I would, they'll never pick up the phone. 30 min in operation. until I decide to place my order personally. there were 4 people standing around, and nobody welcomed me. they have their airpods in and clearly disregard all new customers going into or the phone orders. I noticed that my phone still rings and her handys flash green, but still no ton. when I asked the Russian hired person why they didn't pick up, he was just joking and we just didn't pick up the phone. terrible service. can't imagine how much business they lost, not pick up the phone orders. they obviously hate their job and put the mere minimum effort. that is not my first experience either. it happens every time I call.
For starters y'all must've skipped out on the phone bill cause no one answers two with just a few minutes left before my order was ready for pickup as I was on my way to the store it was canceled when I call no response for over 15 minutes I know this pizza franchise is supposed to suck but Jesus this might be the worst of the worst
This store takes FOREVER they never get to you in the time stated, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, no matter how many times I have sent messaged to corp office nothing happens and I never get a call. if you get a hot pizza then your lucky. and they always have an excuse, this has happened 98% of the time I order here. i keep hoping they fix the issues but in over a yr the issues still remain as is. I travel for work across the USA and is the worst service i have every had from any location. hungry Howes has there issues but at least the service is MUCH BETTER.
Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order at 8:42 PM for delivery and ended up having to drive over to the restaurant to find out what was going on after waiting for about an hour and a half. It’s currently 10:15 PM, and my order hasn’t even been started, let alone completed. When I tried to call, it just rang and rang. The employee, Daniel, acted like it was none of his concern.
