I had the pleasure of dining at Ceviche 595, a Peruvian gem, and it was a fantastic experience. The Ceviche Mixto was a true masterpiece bursting with fresh flavors that danced on my taste buds. But the real showstopper was the Suspiro de Limeña dessert; it left me in awe with its rich, sweet, and creamy perfection. The service was top notch, and the restaurant's ambiance was as cool as it gets. This is a definite 5 star experience!

My daughter and myself have been going here for 3 years. Went Yesterday, the owner is always nice for some reason. Yesterday he was completely rude to me regarding the price change. Because I asked kim when I paid for my order. He didn't tell me those prices are not correct anymore. I asked him if he could update the website for me. And he got rude, but at the same time, he has no to go menus for the new prices. Anyway needless to say the food is now overpriced for the portion

The attention of the waiters was good, unfortunately in my experience the food was bad, the ceviche was fresh but had an ugly texture, the jelly was 3/5, the octopus was a little better, in short, it can be used for another type of palate.
