Despite my initial concerns about the service due to the crowd, I was pleased with the attentive service I received. I frequent this establishment and enjoy the comfortable atmosphere. While the breakfast options are not exceptional, I find them to be reasonably priced. I have never had a negative experience here and will definitely return in the future.

We arrived at 8:00 and the restaurant was quite empty. We were immediately greeted and drinks served. It took longer to place order. The restaurant began to fill. We noticed that people in our section get their food, even those who place order after us. I inquired about our food and wait person said cooked to order. She has no trouble checking our order. We asked another very nice waiting person to check. 45 minutes later. Our server finally came with food and it was COLD. It was sitting there. We said the food was cold, the food looked awful. Shredded hash brown hard like a rock. She took our food back and muttered something. I got up and said we were just going. She was okay, I'm sorry. Nothing like, please get this right and introduce your order. Our food was a basic breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage and toast. I'm getting the fights of the restaurants today. It's hard to find personnel. It's not so much that they missed the brand, but his how to recover from bad customer service experience. we will not go back The food is not so good and the service is not so good either. Today she got crazy because I asked for the table to be wiped out, because there was a dead bug and dust everywhere. Then she became rude when I said we could order our food with our drinks to save her. I sat outside because my 3 pound service dog was with me. It became unbearable cold and we moved in and she really said omg?! I said sorry? She said there's a dog in there. I've been nice to her too long. I said I'm gonna take my food. She's rude again and we decided we don't want this food. We came here three times a week. We always tap $10 on $15 bill. But this lady has to be addressed. And until she is, I will continue to make corresponding reviews of her.
