Clean Juice - Davidson

We ordered two berries and a nutty bowl and were not told that strawberries were from the season. You still in the grocery store, but okay? from the season. So the nuts only had bananas and granola. The berry bowl had some dried berries, bananas and granola. Please don't call it a berry bowl if it doesn't have fresh berries. Even blueberries would have worked. Or double on bananas if this is the only fresh fruit you have. Definitely not worth $12.95 a bowl. Did the owner call? Manager? Josh. He was apologetic, but not helpful. He didn't offer me any compensation and a little sniffy. Don't get back to this place. Look forward to Rico?s Acai soon opens in Davidson.

I usually order on the app and my drink is always ready when I arrive. It is consistent as ordered and I love the convenience of the app and the location in Davidsion, NC!

Açaí bowl was great! Customer service great and I even have a juice cleaning that I finish?. Because they all had a great taste. I'm never done. I'll go back soon.

Kaufmann Caution? While I love the smoothies, I recently had a terrible experience at the Davidson site. I ordered a smoothie and paid in full on Sunday afternoon over the app. When I arrived, the store was closed. I expected an apology and a refund the next day. Instead, I called and stopped several times. No refund yet. I was told that it was going through and would last 3-5 days. That was 10 days ago. The store was closed early because of a wedding next door. I am totally appalled and disappointed by the way I was treated. Online ordering should be shut off when the store is closed. That should never have been my problem to solve, and it is still not solved.

We picked up a buffalo chicken sandwich today and when we were about to eat, my husband noticed that it appeared to be a slice of chicken. He commented that it would be great to see strips of chicken or chunks and not a processed deli style slice. We respect the fact that organic is their motto and we love their juices but this sandwich was not what we thought it should be. We are honest reviewer?s and really love food but if this was our sandwich we would reevaluate it. PS we?ve been organic for over 17 years. Will continue to get our juices from here. No better juices anywhere. Hands down!
