However, I did notice a gentleman, who I assume is the manager, was present during this busy time. Unfortunately, he seemed to focus more on ridiculing and critiquing the staff rather than acknowledging their hard work. In my opinion, he should have been praising them for effectively managing the situation, and any feedback could have been given privately rather than in front of customers. This would foster a more positive work environment and experience for everyone involved.

Don’t live locally so wanted to go there as I’ve heard so many good things about it, to find myself standing about 10 minutes with no one serving me and no recognition at all. Could have said ‘won’t be long and I’ll serve you’ but didn’t even get that however the person behind me was willingly recognised and got spoken too by members of staff. All this happened about 12:10/12:15pm today and 3 people were on shift ‍ could’ve been more but I dunno tbh. Very disappointing when I’ve heard so many good things about this place, I just walked out in the end with no customer service by any of them and no drink, which I initially went in for ‍

My kids absolutely adore Kuni's! Great selection of deserts and sweet treats. If this existed when I was a kid I would of spent all day here playing games, reading comics, trading Pokémon cards etc
