I honestly didn't think I'd picked the right place when I saw the star rating of this place. It most certainly deserves 5 stars! My husband and I visited in the summer and we both had a very reasonably priced giant baked potato for lunch, cooked beautifully (wish I'd put something on tripadvisor then) . Just gone for our second visit and was so happy when I saw the vegan range added to the menu.fantastic choice, I ha... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Harlestone Heath Garden Centre:
The restaurant has undergone many changes, and unfortunately, they have not been for the better. It seems like a shadow of its former self. The introduction of Sainsbury's products does not add much value. There are better options available at other garden centers. View all feedback.
Nice people friendly place and make you feel at home
Gone down hill since becoming Dobbies. Used to be a nice place to come many years ago.
I went to the aquatic area for bits for a shrimp tank. The guy was really knowledgeable and helped me a lot. An asset to Maidenhead Aquatics.
Took my mother in law (86) for something to eat in the cafe. She chose an Egg Mayo sandwich with a coleslaw salad and a side of chips. She received the sandwich but with a couscous salad and 7 small chips and what looked like the dregs of the chip bag on the side of her plate. £2.75 for 7 chips! Get real! Side orders should come in a separate container. Suggest whoever's in charge should try The Bell Plantation at Towcester to see how it should be done.
Decent little place with a bit of everything, and very good prices compared to other garden centres around. Car park could do with better signage but that's it.
