The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. The man working at the drive-thru window was very friendly and greeted us warmly. He even asked how our day was, something that rarely happens at other fast food places. The staff should have more people like him. Our food was hot and our order was correct. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The service at Wendy's is the worst I have ever experienced. The staff is rude and doesn't seem to care about getting your order right. Every time I have been here, my order has been messed up. Even when I try to politely ask for it to be fixed, I receive nothing but attitude and hand gestures in Spanish, as if I don't understand. Order eating late in the night at the drive thru. the staff just said cash. when we got the food, the french were cold and the hamburger was cold. I can't believe they served this. Maybe the workers just wanted to go home, so they didn't want to cook anymore. Moreover, there was a homeless person outside who felt uncomfortable so that we just went with the terrible eating. the customer service was terrible!
Fast service and food was good. We were in and out pretty quick. They were out of kids' meals toys, so the kids each got a frosty instead. Definitely a good alternative for them.

Service was pretty good. Second time I've dined in. Second time the salsa music was too loud to just relax and eat. If I want to jam, I can sit in my truck with classic rock.
It's 3rd time coming to this location at 1:25 in the morning because I'm an Uber driver and once again they're claiming that they can't take orders because their system is down. Absolutely Ludacris
