we were busy there, but not busy at night, waitress was great, food excellent. always great eating and service we were about 45 minutes there and the waiting queue was big so that says u how awesome the place is View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Texas Roadhouse:
The service was absolutely abysmal. Our food never arrived, and the waitress blamed both the bar and kitchen staff. To make matters worse, she ended up giving our food to another customer. We will definitely not be returning. View all feedback.
Loved the manager, Michelle, and our server, too! They took wonderful care of us during our whole visit. Definitely recommend the cactus blossom appetizer, any of the steaks, and be sure to add a shrimp kabob.
