The last time I was here I forgot to post a review but I remembered being impressed and enjoying my meal. This visit was no different. The side salad is so amazing with only one delicious dressing and chunks of pork belly. Best salad in the QC hands down. I’m not sure why this is advertised as a restaurant. Walked in and was ignored until we flagged someone down. Waitress was uninterested and unfriendly. The menu is tiny. Would have liked to try the food but the service was awful so we left before ordering anything. A place for drinks and bar food I guess. View all feedback.
Chicken and cheese grits were quite good. Went on a Thursday night and it didn't feel too much like a bar.
When I tell you this was one of the best salads I have had, I am not lying. I ordered the Brigade Salad and added chicken. The chicken was so moist (even though I HATE that word) and the dressing was scrumptious. The bits of bacon were huge and so good. I would eat this salad every day. Olivia, our waitress was very courteous and helpful. I can't wait to eat there again!
Love this place. Come here almost every-time I visit the quads. The chef is a real stand up guy. His food has evolved over the years through his experiences and it shows. He knows just what to do to make your mouth say Wow, that 's really special it 's all in the details, down to adding a couple of extra ingredients to presentation. The vibe is open and friendly. My favorite is the tomahawk.. it 's cooked perfectly, and that sauce. I 'd lick the plate if I was at home!
The brewery part is 5 stars, no doubt. Restaurant service is great. Very professional and food came out pretty fast. Everything was on a heavy and a bit too greasy for our liking. Chicken wings were very spicy despite their not so spicy statement. Outdoor patio is nice. Chill vibes. Would come back but not necessarily for the food. Cheers?
Had the Brigade Salad with chicken which was delicious! My husband had the pork sandwich, which was as good as advertised. Service was prompt and efficient.
