Kfc - Davenport

The staff was rude and the service was terrible. They seemed to make a big deal out of taking our order. The food was consistently just average. It's definitely worth the drive to the Kimberly KFC, where the staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

I ordered two 3-piece chicken meals through DoorDash, but my order was missing some chicken. When I called the restaurant, I spoke with the store manager, who responded with an attitude, stating that they didn’t have my order on their tablet, despite my confirmation in the app that I had the correct location. She claimed it was DoorDash’s fault for not fulfilling my order. Last time I checked, they were just a delivery service, right?

I had the chicken pot pie, and I must say, it comes close to my grandmother's recipe. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even taking the time to explain how to reheat it if necessary. Overall, the chicken pot pie was absolutely fabulous!

Tables and floors were dirty they were behind on food there was a wait of about 10 minutes for food and the food wasn't even very good. I had the Mac and cheese bowl and the Mac and cheese was disgusting I took two bites and ended up throwing the restaway

We ordered a 8 piece family meal. The chicken was overly dry and disgusting. Even the Cole slaw mashed potatoes were dry. I don't recommend anyone attempting to eat at this location.
