Took an hour to get here and didn’t have everything i ordered. Haven’t ordered from here for months because they never check the receipts before taking deliveries out of the store so my orders are always messed up in some way, decided to give it a try again-won’t make that mistake another time. Great food. Usually prompt delivery. Workers are always friendly. The one time I had an issue with a slow delivery the owner was extremely amenable to making sure that it was remedied. My favorite fast food sub sandwich place by far.
I order catering for my company through this Jimmy John's. They're always on time. The food itself looks great (correct orders, sturdy boxes, etc). And the delivery drivers have always been pleasant. We enjoy seeing them! Thank you 53rd St. JJ's team!
