I was overcharged at this restaurant. The only option is to go through the drive-thru, and the customer service was terrible, so I was hesitant to let them handle my debit card further. I ordered a small and a large coffee, but they charged me for two larges. The whipped cream also tasted spoiled. I regret stopping at this location. View all feedback.
The service was extremely slow! I waited at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru, and there was only one car ahead of me.
I ordered a coffee, and it was excellent! The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that they didn't open on time. It's not a major issue, though.

Half the time I use online ordering there are problems connecting to the store the other half they never get my order right. Today I was able to order online but when we arrived they were closed 40 mins early with no notice of closing early nothingposted on the windows saying they were closed. Go to any other dunkin in the quad cities this one isn?t worth the time or money.
This place was horrible- the speaker was always broken, they could never make hot drinks, consistently got the order wrong Etc. Now it?s under new management and I think it?s worse. The people are super unfriendly and the coffee tastes like chemicals. Nothanks.
